Proper dental care is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. Teeth should be brushed two times a day, in the morning and at night.
Always use a medium or soft bristle toothbrush. Always start from the outer surfaces of the teeth with the toothbrush tilted along the gumline at a 45° angle. Brush in small circular movements and move to the next 2-3 teeth until you clean all external surfaces of the teeth. In the same way, we work on the internal surfaces. Finally, brush the chewing surfaces with back-and-forth strokes.
We clean our teeth using dental floss once a day to remove plaque that accumulates between the teeth and the gums.
In addition, we try to have a balanced diet without too much starch and sugar. Finally, we visit our dentist every six months.
